The Price of Love (Rockin' Country 2) by Laramie Briscoe

I received an ARC Copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I LOVED "The Price of Love"!! Laramie writes a beautiful love story that you can't help but to be sucked into. If you have read the other two books in the series you know how much Hannah and Garrett love each other but life has a way of testing you and that is what happens in "The Price of Love."

Hannah and Garrett are newlyweds but with their busy schedules they are not getting to see each other much and that is weighing heavy on them. They deal with some drama but the love they share is so strong that nothing can break them even though she has you worried for a second that they are not going to make it lol. Garrett will have you swooning with some of the stuff he says and does for Hannah. They are both growing up together and are trying to figure out how everything is going to play out with their busy schedules.

"The Price of Love" is a wonderful 5 star book that I recommend one clicking next week when she publishes. I love reading Garrett and Hannah's journey and can't wait for the next book to come out. If you are a rocker girl with a bit of a country side this is a must read series!!

One Day At A Time (Rockin' Country 1.5) by Laramie Briscoe

I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Laramie can write a beautiful love story that has you swooning over the main characters; rather it be a biker or a hot rocker!

One Day At A Time starts off right where Only The Beginning stopped. Hannah and Garrett are spending some time together while they are both off of tour. Things seem to be going perfect but everyone knows the old saying "It is too good to be true". The paparazzi (evil assholes) cause some problems for the happy couple and you get worried for a few but in the end true love wins.

I LOVE Garrett, but there is one point in this book where I wanted to slap him for being so STUPID. In the end he makes up for his moment of weakness and you fall in love with him all over again. Hannah and Garrett never do anything the conventional way so you will not be surprised with the stuff they do in this book.

One Day At A Time is a 4 star book that you should one-click on June 13th. I love their story and can't wait for the next book in the series to come out Fall/Winter 2014. I know this seems like a short review but I did not want to give too much away so y'all could be surprised.

Happy Reading

Only the Beginning ( Rockin Country 1) by Laramie Briscoe

I received an ARC copy in return for my honest review!

This line from the book had me snorting I was laughing so hard!! " That is one sexy car," Shell breathed. "Your birth control is up to date, right?"

If you are a fan of Laramie's Heaven Hill series you will love this book! I could not put it down and I am rating it with a 5 out of 5 stars!!

Hannah " Harmony" Stewart is a country music star that is going through a hard time after realizing how much she let her asshole EX change her. She is super sweet and I love the relationship that she has with her best friend Shell because it reminds me of my relationship with my best friend. These two girls will have you cracking up.

During an award show she finally gets to meet Heavy Metal's bad boy Garrett " Reaper" Thompson whom she thinks is cute. If you need a visual for Garrett look up a picture of Matt Shadows from Avenged Sevenfold lol because that is how I picture him. Garrett is super sweet and they hit it off.
The journey for them is not easy. Hannah has some issues from the stuff that her EX pulled and Garrett has some anger issues. When you add that with a long distance relationship due to touring it is bound to cause some drama.

Only the Beginning is a story about learning to love again and helping each other overcome obstacles. There are plenty of laughs and some serious moments. I will be eagerly awaiting the next book in the story to see if Garrett and Hannah can make it in the long run. This book comes out April 6th 2014 so make sure you one click it! You won't be disappointed!

Girl in Love by Caisey Quinn

Girl in Love (Kylie Ryans) by Caisey QuinnGirl in Love (Kylie Ryans)

Let me just say that I was so excited that I was able to purchase this book the day it came out! I literally just finished the other two books in this series, so I am glad that I got to read it without taking a break! With that said, I am extremely sad that this series has come to an end. It is hard to let Trace and Kylie go.

This book is about second chances and learning to follow your heart, and getting a piece of your old self back. Trace is out of rehab and Kylie is just an emotional mess, she has cut herself off from everyone.

They find a way to come back to each other in the end, through all the troubles that they went through, the misunderstandings, their hot heads getting in the way of finding out the real truth. They found out that instead of making each other miserable, they were meant to be together and they wouldn't be happy any other way. I love the ending of this book. Kylie shows her life and how happy she is with it through her eyes. They have always been a family, but they have a small family of their own, she is still living her dream, and Trace is the best dad in the world! (hope you caught that)

I rate this 5 out of 5 stars!
I look forward to reading more from Caisey Quinn. -xoxo-T

Girl with Guitar - Girl on Tour by Caisey Quinn

Girl with Guitar (Kylie Ryans) by Caisey QuinnGirl with Guitar (Kylie Ryans)

Girl on Tour (Kylie Ryans) by Caisey QuinnGirl on Tour (Kylie Ryans)

Usually I do a blog for each book, but I am pressed on time with finals in two weeks and make up days because of the snow that has decided to stay for an extended period of time. So here are the first two books in this series...Girl in Love hasn't been released, and I assume I will do a separate blog for that.

So here it goes. I am summing both up into one so bare with me!

Girl with Guitar is a free book (Link Above). I absolutely fell in love with it! Kylie Ryans is a spitfire from Oklahoma. Her only dream is to make it big singing country music so she heads down to Nashville not long after her father passes away. At first she had a rough time finding jobs and making ends meet. She spent all of her savings that was meant for her father a headstone for his grave, that is until she ends up at the Rum Room at the right time. She gets a job and gets discovered and ends up going on tour with Trace Corbin, a country star that is sending his career to the ground by drinking all the time.

Kylie and Trace end up together, but she is new to this so the media has her emotional.

Girl on Tour is only .99 cent. It is also, yet another great read! Picks up right where it left off in Girl with Guitar. Kylie is finally living her dream and goes on another tour for Vitamin Water, but in the mean time Trace is also on his own tour, but with Gretchen, a female version of Trace. Their tour is the last chance for them both to get their act together. But in the end everything that happens costs Kylie and Trace their relationship. It ends with Kylie getting signed with Capitol Letter Records.

I truly wished it went a little more further than that, but I guess I will have to wait on the next book! Regardless, I rate both of these 4 star books!

Happy Reading everyone!
