Without You (Love Wanted In Texas 1) Kelly Elliott

I have been super excited for this series since she announced she was doing a series for the kids!! Will got his charm from a little of Gunner, Jeff, and Josh so he will have you swooning. Will and Alex have known each other since they were children since their parents are best friends so their love is strong. This group may be closer than Gunner and them in the Wanted series and that is saying something.

 

When they go off to different colleges they are put to the test and have a bit of a rough patch but true love always wins in the end, it might not be pretty but it is real! Without you is a beautiful story about love, friendship, and growing up. If you loved the Wanted series by Kelly this will be no different for you! I can't wait for Luke and Libby's story to come out early next year. I rate Without You with 3 out of 5 stars!

Twisted is a wild ride where something happens that we have been DYING for!! I don't want to give anything away but Zeth will make you very HAPPY in this book. Zeth and Sloane are finally figuring out the things that they want to happen in the future and the title Twisted is very fitting because this book has a ton of twists that you will not see coming!

Twisted is a five star book that will have you on the edge of your seat wanting to know what is going to happen next. Just like the other books Zeth and Sloane have some kinky moments and a ton of drama thrown at them! I rate Twisted with 5 stars and you need to one click when it comes out on August 19th!! I can't wait for the next book to come out!

Ember X is a 5 star read just like Jessica's other books!! Ember is the strange girl in the town and most people call her a murderer because right before her father diapered she called the police to tell them that he was going to be murdered. Ember acts strange because she can see the death of anyone that touches her and you would think this would be cool but it is driving her crazy.

 

Ember finds herself attracted to the two new boys in town Asher( I am team Asher) and Cameron. Both guys claim to not know the other but you can tell that the have some tension.  Ember finds herself caught up in the battle between angels and grim reapers! The only questions she needs to find the answers to are why is she involved and which sides do Asher and Cameron fall under?

 

Ember X is a great paranormal romance with twists and turns, and a start to a love triangle that you will pick sides on! Right now you can grab this book for FREE and the second book Cinder X (which I am reading next) is only like $2.99.

Fallen(Blood & Roses #4) by Callie Hart

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Holly crap Batman! I didn't think I could fall anymore in love with Zeth, then he says shit like that and makes me swoon!!

 

Callie has a way to draw you into Zeth and Sloane's story. I am already impatiently waiting for the next book to come out. In Fallen we get to see a bit more of Zeth's playful side. You will bust out

laughing when he meets Sloane's parents.

 

Even though we get to laugh with them there is some big shit thrown their way that makes you wonder if they will stay together. I love to see Zeth evolving and figuring out that he is starting to have huge feelings for Sloane. Fallen will keep you on the edge the whole time and leaves you craving more. I don't know how Zeth is going to get them out of the trouble they find, but I hope he finds a way fast.

 

Fallen is a 5 star book that you will not want to end. If you like the other books in the Blood & Roses series you need to one click this NOW!!! It is full of laughs, drama, and hot kinky sex. What more can you ask for?

Unbeloved(Undeniable Series 4) by Madeline Sheehan

Madeline is the QUEEN of MC books!!!

It feels like I have been waiting forever for this book to come out and it was WORTH the wait!!! The Undeniable series will always be my favorite MC series ever. Unbeloved is a 5 star book that you need to one-click.

Dorothy and Hawk both love each other but we all know from the events in the other books that things are complicated for them. Unbeloved takes place seven years after Dorothy was shot. She has moved away from the club and only has minimal interaction with them when she has to.

It takes a terrible event to set everything in motion for Hawk and Dorothy to be together. Just like the other books in the series their love is a real one and as we all know love is not always easy. I love this series and I will impatiently be waiting for the next book in the series to come out.

PS: I almost cried at parts in this book so be prepared!!

Wingman by Bella Jewel

I absolutely loved this book and I would recommend one-clicking it ASAP!!

 

Tia only set out to prove to Reign that should could get him laid and it somehow turned into a job! Reign is a super hottie that you can't help to fall for that is trying to make his nasty, cheating, whore of an EX jealous with Tia. All Tia has to do is be his wingman and get him laid which is not a hard thing to do considering he is hot.

 

After a while things start to shift and they become best friends that are starting to have feelings for each other. Now you can queue the crazy EX, Reign's Ex shows back  up and decide that she wants him back. This is where Reign makes you mad because he can't pick between Tia and his EX. In the end everyone you like gets a happy ending and there are some cameos from out favorite MC guys and girls!!

 

Wingman will have you laughing so loud that you snort(I so did this while sneaking and reading at work) and then turn around and has some moments where you will need a cold shower! I rate Wingman with 5 out of 5 stars.

The Strong One By Stella Hunter

This is a wonderful debut book by Stella Hunter. You can't help being sucked into David and Megan's story.

 

I think that everyone will be able to relate to David because we all have that one crush that broke our heart when we were younger.

 

David has not seen Megan since they were younger and she crushed him, so it was a big surprise to see her at his sisters house and in trouble. Megan has had a hard life due to her abusive husband and she needs help getting her life back on track and David is just the guy to help her. David is no longer the kid that Megan knew when they were younger.

 

David is all grown up and doing good for himself as a personal trainer and self defense coach. As he is helping Megan he realizes that he never truly got over her. Can she see David as something more than a friend? Will her abuse EX show up and ruin everything? You will just have to one-click this when it comes out on June 13th to find your answers!

 

The Strong One shows us how sometimes we are stronger than we think and sometimes we just need a little help putting the pieces back together. I rate The Strong One with 4 out of 5 stars.

One Day At A Time (Rockin' Country 1.5) by Laramie Briscoe

I received an ARC copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

Laramie can write a beautiful love story that has you swooning over the main characters; rather it be a biker or a hot rocker!

One Day At A Time starts off right where Only The Beginning stopped. Hannah and Garrett are spending some time together while they are both off of tour. Things seem to be going perfect but everyone knows the old saying "It is too good to be true". The paparazzi (evil assholes) cause some problems for the happy couple and you get worried for a few but in the end true love wins.

I LOVE Garrett, but there is one point in this book where I wanted to slap him for being so STUPID. In the end he makes up for his moment of weakness and you fall in love with him all over again. Hannah and Garrett never do anything the conventional way so you will not be surprised with the stuff they do in this book.

One Day At A Time is a 4 star book that you should one-click on June 13th. I love their story and can't wait for the next book in the series to come out Fall/Winter 2014. I know this seems like a short review but I did not want to give too much away so y'all could be surprised.

Pretty Instinct by S.E. Hall

Cannon Blackwell just replaced some of my book boyfriends!!!

Seriously Cannon is hot and super sweet. He raises the bar very high for other book boyfriends.

Elizabeth has had a hard life and only trusts a few people but all of that is about to change when Cannon walks onto her bus. Luckily Cannon is there when the band needed him the most. Right off the bat you can tell that him and Elizabeth have a great connection.

Elizabeth has a lot on her shoulders because she takes care of her brother who was in an accident. When Cannon comes into her life he shows her that it is okay to take help and have a little time for herself.

Cannon and Elizabeth have to work through problems but they get their Happy Ever After that everyone wants in life. Pretty Instinct will have you cracking up one moment and needing a cold shower the next. I highly recommend this 5 star book.

Sweet Filthy Boy by Christina Lauren

Ansel almost beat Max in the hot department for me! If you liked their Beautiful Bastard series you need to one-click this book right now!!

 

Sweet Filthy Boy is full of funny moments and HOT sex!! Mia has just graduated from college with her two best friends and they are on a trip to Vegas to celebrate. I love Mia's friendship with her friends because it reminds me of the stupid stuff I do and say with my besties.

 

Of course you know all kinds of crazy stuff happens in Vegas and these girls are no exception!! Mia ends up meeting the SUPER hot and French Ansel and they hit it off so well that Mia ends up going to Paris with him!! Cue me being super JEALOUS because it is on my bucket list to go there.

 

Mia and Ansel have really good chemistry and you can't help but to cheer for them. Everything seems to be going perfect for them but you know that nothing stays perfect forever. Ansel is keeping something from Mia that might ruin their relationship. Will Mia and Ansel make it or will they go different directions? You will just have to read it to find out! :)

 

Sweet Filthy Boy is full of love, laughs, and drama. I rate this with 4 out of 5 stats and can't wait for the next book to come out.

Reaper's Property by Joanna Wylde

I must have been living under a rock since it has taken me this long to read about the HOT, dirty taking biker named horse!!

 

Marie is fresh out of a bad relationship when she has to go stay with her brother. While staying with him she meets Horse and some other guys from the Reapers MC. Horse has an automatic attraction to her but she don't understand club life and stupidly turns him down on becoming an old lady!!

 

Then things gets interesting and full of drama because her brother is ripping the MC off. The guys are going to kill her brother until Horse makes a deal that she sill stay with him as collateral. Horse is a hot dirty talking alpha make that Marie is trying to fight her attraction to.

 

Can Marie understand how the club runs and fall for Horse and be his old lady? You will just have to read and find out!! I rate this with 4 out of 5 stars because it keeps you on your feet. I can't wait to start the next book Reaper's Legacy because the tattooed and pierced Ruger sound like my kind of man!!

Phenomenal X by Michelle Valentine

I LOVED this book!!! It is definitely a 5 star book!!

 

Anna is the sweet girl that just wants to get away from her over protective religious father. Anna just wants to live her life the way she wants to. On the plane to her aunts house she meets the uber hot bad boy Xavier Cold. If you need a visual for Xavier just Google a picture of Roman Reigns from the WWE.

 

Xavier is a bad boy in every sense of the word and he is taking the wrestling world by storm. Men want to be him and the women want to sleep with him. He has no idea of the ride he is in for when his and Anna's world collide. Xavier is not sure what to think of Anna because she treats him differently and has no clue who he is.

 

Xavier has a bad past that will break your heart and it keeps him from feeling like he can love anyone. Anna sets out to prove to Xavier that he deserves love and can love someone in return. Just when you think that things are going to be perfect for them you get a surprise ending that leaves you going WTF I need the next book NOW!!!

 

I am a huge tomboy and have been a fan of wrestling since I was younger so this was the perfect book for me. I can so picture Xavier as Roman Reigns from the Shield. Phenomenal X is full of bitchy girls and lots of drama!! You really need to go one click this book like yesterday!!!

Driven(Driven Trilogy 1) by K.Bromberg

Colton will make you want to kick his ass one moment and the next he will melt your heart and your panties.

I must have been living under a rock to just now have heard of this series! This is the perfect book for me since I am a bit of a tomboy and love racing!

Rylee is a hard worker that don't take any crap from guys until she meets Colton who won't take no for an answer. Colton is a uber hot race car driver that wants Rylee for himself. The only problem is that Colton does not do the girlfriend thing and Rylee is not the type of girl to do a casual relationship.

Both of then have baggage but we don't really know exactly what happened to them. Rylee works for a company that helps kids in the system and this is where we see  Colton's soft side in the stuff he does for the boys.

You can't help but to cheer for them to get together but Colton will piss you off. I can't wait to start the next book because this one left me hanging. This book gives you plenty of drama and steamy moments. I rate this with 4 out of 5 stars.

Play(Stage Dive 2)by Kylie Scott

I loved Mal in Lick and I am so glad that she hit publish on this a week early for us. This is a 4 out of 5 stars.

Mal is the sweet funny guy that we love in the band but something is going on with him and he won't talk about it. Anne is use to taking care of everyone and never thinks of herself first. After her roommate screws her over Lauren talks her into going to a party at Ev's with her.

This is where she meets Mal and things get interesting. The next day when Anne returns home from work Mal has moved in with her and asks her to pretend to be his girlfriend (who wouldn't pretend to be his girlfriend lol). After a few days they can't deny that they have a connection and start to date for real.

This book will have you cracking up and then break your heart. Both Anne and Mal have a lot going against them and you can't help yourself from wanting them to work everything out. I can't wait for the next book in the series so we can see how things work out for the band.

Shattered Promises by Jessica Sorensen

"If you couldn't feel the pain anymore, then you wouldn't be able to feel how great it feels when it leaves you. Without pain, everything else wouldn't matter to you. It would all be the same."

 

I have not read anything by Jessica that I have not liked and this is no exception. I rate this with 3 out of 5 stars.

 

Gemma has went her whole life with no feelings at all then one day everything hits her at once and, she cries for the first time ever. This is when weird stuff stats to happen to her. She starts to have these wired dreams where some creatures are trying to kill her and she is with this really hot guy that promises to keep her safe. Then one day she sees the boy in her dreams and he ends up being in class with her. Alex is hot and cold with Gemma and is kind of rude to her.

 

Once they start to talk weird stuff starts to happen and she finds out that all of the creatures in her books and dreams are real and some are after her. Alex explains to her that she has a fallen star in her and the creatures are after her because they want the power to help open a portal. Gemma and Alex have a connection that they can't fight but can she trust him? Then you add the other hot guy from her dream who happens to be a vampire and stuff gets interesting.

 

This book is full of drama and twists and turns. In the end you are not sure who you can trust or what is going to happen to Gemma. Right now you can get this book for free so one click it while you can! I would also suggest going ahead and getting the next book Fractured Souls because you are going to want to know what its going to happen next!!

RAW by Belle Aurora

I want to start off by saying I would so not mind for Twitch to be my stalker!!

This was a WTF did I just read kind of book but it is the good kind of WTF. This line sums up the book very well "Love is love. It don't discriminate. And it sure as fuck don't wait 'till you're ready for it."

Lexi knows she has a stalker but she tells no one about him. One night when she is attacked her stalker saves her and this is where we meet the tattooed and pierced Twitch. Twitch is an odd man but Lexi sees something in him. I know you probably think it is weird that she starts to see her stalker but there is something about Twitch that Lexi can't let go.

Twitch is very messed up and makes you very mad during the book. I am not going to give anything away about the ending so all I am going to say is that I have a love/hate feeling about the ending.

RAW is not a normal love story but love never comes in one form. This book is full of steamy moments, drama, and a ton of WTF moments but it is so worth the read. I rate this book with a 4 out of 5 stars!

Where has this book been all my life?!

I am completely torn between Wyatt and Blake! This is a wonderfully written book and the cliff hanger - OMG! I definitely recommend this book and I rate it 5 FREAKING AMAZING STARS! If I could rate it higher I would!

Allie Anderson has painfully experienced more heartbreak than anyone should have to go through! I instantly feel her pain on some levels (with her father passing and then the love of her life leaving her). She was so young and feels so betrayed. Shortly after her father passes, her older brother, Kyle, enlists in the military. The day he leaves is also the day that the love of her life, Wyatt, leaves. Wyatt was a long term relationship who helped her deal with her father's cancer and his passing, after she loses her virginity to him, he is gone. Without notice...instantly I hate him!

She is in college and the day that her brother is supposed to come home is the day her and her mother receive notice that he passed away in the line of duty. CRUSHING!!! Her whole world is turned upside down. They had an extremely close relationship. Her mother shortly finds someone else to comfort her and Allie despises it at first.

Blake, an extremely hot -could be a model hot- OBGYN resident is one of her best friends. They have a connection that they cannot let get by, quickly their relationship turns into more, but she is afraid of shattering his heart just like hers once was. I love Blake. He is an amazingly sweet and caring guy and would give Allie the world! His family is amazing. They just fit perfectly together.

Sophie is her gorgeous best friend who she moves in with. I absolutely love this crazy ass chick! I swear her and Allie's friendship reminds me of me and my best friend! Sophie isn't exactly one to wait for the right guy, she is a female version of a player. I can't call her a slut because I just love her too much! Her new toy, Cooper, turns out not to be Cooper at all, well he is, but well...I don't want to spoil it right now anyway!

After she returns home (her mother's house) from seeing Blake's parents in Nashville, she is hit with a clusterfuck that she doesn't know how to handle. Wyatt is back, and staying with her mom. The more that he explains what happens the more I am falling for him too...that is until he turns into an asshole because Allie finds out she is pregnant!

The ending is a bombshell! Allie decides to go to Sophie's but what she finds crushes her to the point where she ends up in the hospital!

I swear this book has made me cry my eyes out and then laugh so hard I cry again! Between the emotional drama and the corniness of her and her friend Sophie, words just cannot describe how amazing this book is! Like I said, even though Wyatt acted like an ass, I am completely torn on who I wish she would be with!!!

Wanted by Kelly Elliott

Ellie and Jeff are brother and sister that have had a horrible childhood. Their dad ran off and their mom is a drunk that did nothing but tell Ellie no one would ever love her or stay with her. Ellie has heard that her whole life so she believes it.

Jeff loves Ellie and always trys to protect her. On the last day of school she catches her boyfriend sleeping with another girl and calls Jeff to pick her up early. When Jeff arrives he finds Ellie crying and goes after the boy.

This is where Ellie meets Jeff's best friend Gunner. Ellie and Gunner both have an instant connection. Gunner likes Ellie and wants to date her but her insecurities get in the way. Can Gunner help Ellie get past her insecurities or will Ellie end up alone? You will have to read to find out.

In wanted we also get a little bit of Jeff and Ellie's best friend Ari's story. Ari and Jeff have always had a thing for each other. Ari wants to take it to the next level but Jeff is scared that it will not work and he will lose her as a friend. Can they work it out in the end or will Jeff's past come back to bite him.

This story shows that you can overcome your past and have a great future. I loved Ari and Ellie's friendship because they remind me of Tracy and myself. I totally have Ari's mouth and attitude. This book has just as many funny moments as serious ones. I give this book a 3 out of 5 stard and can't wait to start Saved to see what is going on with the gang.

First Ink is a short read, but it is good and FREE! As with all love story books it begins with a guy and a girl and normally one of the two make some huge mistake and later on through the book they reconnect and their love never died. 

It is the same for this one, though in a shorter version. Addison and her friend Lisa are in college and they drive to a tattooing convention in Vegas to see Addison's lost love, Rush, which is a now famous tattoo artist. 

After her friend manages to get Addison up on stage with Rush, who by the way has ignored her every attempt of contact for the last 5 years, they reconnect as he doesn't finish her tattoo and tells her she needs to come by his shop that night. She does as he requests and the rest is history. 

The next day she is supposed to leave to go back to school but instead goes back to Wicked Ink to confess her crazy love for Rush in front of everyone. And that is their happily ending. 

The second book to Wicked Ink Chronicles is called Shattered Ink and I will do a blog on it shortly :)

This is the second book to Freefall by Tess Oliver.

All of the main characters are still in there and you find out some about their current lives, but this book is about a blonde haired, massively big guy named Clutch.

Remember from Freefall Taylor was a girl with a high school crush on Clutch and it ended with her being sent off. But what you didn't know is that Clutch has wanted her all along. Now that she is finally 18 she is fair game.

Taylor has been back for three months and Clutch didn't know it. Her parents gave her rules if she wanted to stay and finish school at home, the main one is she had to stay away from Clutch. But will it be too hard? She is dating high school senior Adam to keep her parents off her back but when she breaks up with him things go south for her at home and school.

Clutch's brother Barrett shows up going through withdrawals and asking Clutch for help. Clutch gets Jason, his business partner and Taylor's older brother, to agree to let Barrett work at the shop. But when Gus, Barrett's friend who got him hooked on drugs, comes for a visit shit hits the fan. Somehow Taylor ends up hanging out with him and it is driving Clutch insane. Barrett has a thing for the married woman next door and Clutch crashes his car at a race.

After the wreck, him and Taylor begin seeing each other secretively until the neighbors house catches on fire and Taylor's mom finds the hoodie that she wore that night. So since Jason is her parents little go to boy, he threatens Clutch of breaking up the business if he doesn't stop seeing his sister.

After that she runs off to Alaska with Gus. Clutch and Barrett go in search for her and then bring her back. Clutch basically tells her parents that he chooses her instead of anything else. And that is how the story ends.

If you like fast cars, hot tattooed guys, a mixture of fighting, and a whole lot of drama, this is the book for you. I want to know what happens to Cassie and Dray though, because at the end of this book, she decides to go for an internship that requires 6 months abroad.
