The Price of Love (Rockin' Country 2) by Laramie Briscoe

I received an ARC Copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I LOVED "The Price of Love"!! Laramie writes a beautiful love story that you can't help but to be sucked into. If you have read the other two books in the series you know how much Hannah and Garrett love each other but life has a way of testing you and that is what happens in "The Price of Love."

Hannah and Garrett are newlyweds but with their busy schedules they are not getting to see each other much and that is weighing heavy on them. They deal with some drama but the love they share is so strong that nothing can break them even though she has you worried for a second that they are not going to make it lol. Garrett will have you swooning with some of the stuff he says and does for Hannah. They are both growing up together and are trying to figure out how everything is going to play out with their busy schedules.

"The Price of Love" is a wonderful 5 star book that I recommend one clicking next week when she publishes. I love reading Garrett and Hannah's journey and can't wait for the next book to come out. If you are a rocker girl with a bit of a country side this is a must read series!!

The Rocker Who Wants Me by Terri Anne Browning

You can never get too much of The Rocker Series. And Terri never disappoints. As soon as I knew this book in the series was live I had to buy it. Yes, I put off my projects for school so I could read this lol!

One thing I love is that you are always getting to know how everyone is doing...the bands aren't just bands, they are a close-knit fully dysfunctional family :) but he'll, that's what makes it interesting!

I was kind of two sided on this book, I want to take Dallas's side but I also want to take Axton's. I'm so happy that they get a happy ending! Axton truly amazed me in this one because of his caring attitude toward others. He will be a great dad! Yes, that is the only spoiler I will give!

At the beginning I was gripping my iPad because of the scare they had! But it just shows in the end how close the bands are. In the middle family issues take a tole on Axton, but they quickly get sorted out.

I have to admit I think this is one of my favs, and I probably say that with each new release to the series, but in can't help it, they just get better and better and make me beg for more.

This is a 5 star rock my world book!

So go #oneclickthatbitch STAT!

Lead (Stage Dive 3) by Kylie Scott

OH JIMMY!!!

Kylie has brought us another great addition to the Stage Dive series!! Mal will always be my favorite but Jimmy gave him a run for his money!!

Jimmy has more problems than we thought he did from the other two books and the outspoken and hard headed Lean is just the one to keep him in line. Lena takes no crap from Jimmy and fits right into the group. Jimmy has a past that his bother don't even know about that will break your heart.

Lena is helping Jimmy get over some of his demons and things start to change between them until Jimmy goes and does the normal guy thing and screws everything up! Can Jimmy win back the only girl that he wants more with or is he too scared to fight for what he wants? You will just have to one click to find out!!

Lead is a 5 star must read especially if you loved the first two books in the Stage Dive series. These guys are not your typical rockers anymore!! Lead will have you laughing one second and yelling at the main characters the next!  Once you start the book you will not want to put it down.

Making Faces by Amy Harmon

"I think people are like that. When you really loot at them, you stop seeing a perfect nose or straight teeth. You stop seeing the acne scar or dimple in the chin. Those things start to blur, and suddenly you see them, the colors, the life inside the shell, and beauty takes on a whole new meaning."

Making faces is a wonderful book that takes you on an emotional rollercoaster that you don't want to ever get off of!! I rate it with 5 out of 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone. Making Faces is about learning to love yourself and teaches you that love sometimes comes from an unexpected place.

Ambrose it a huge star in his little town and Fern is just an average girl that has a crush on him. Ambrose is beautiful and very athletic and never really gives Fern the time of day until the day before he leaves for the army. Ambrose had talked his four best friends into going in the army, so the five boys fresh out of high school set out on an adventure together.

Five boys went out into world but only one made it back. Ambrose was hurt very badly on top of feeling the guilt over his friends deaths. He refuses to see anyone other than his father until he runs into Fern one night on her way home from work. Fern helps Ambrose see that it does not matter that he does not look the same because he is still beautiful to her. Ambrose and Fern both help each other through some very rough times and come out with a very strong love in the end.

Making Faces is not my typical type of book but I still loved it. I ugly cried through a couple chapters but it is so worth the time to sit down and read!!

Devil's Game(Reapers MC 3) by Joanna Wylde

"I should tell her it was all real. Tell her it was love a first sight, that we were Romeo and Juliet and I'd defy my club to be her one and only."

I LOVE this series! I can't help it that I am a total biker groupie lol!

Devil's Game goes back into Reaper's Legacy some to let us know what happened between Liam and Em when they were alone together. This book does not disappoint on the drama.

What more can you expect when the daughter of the Reaper's president falls in love with the enemy? You can't help but to cheer for Em and Liam to get their biker ever after!

If you like the other two books in the series this one will not let you down! I rate this with 4 out of 5 stars!

Burn(Blood and Roses 3) by Callie Hart

Holy shit Batman!!! This series just gets better and better and you can't help but to fall more and more in love with Zeth.
I think we need a Zethoholic support group lol!
Zeth and Sloane have a big problem in trying to save her sister because they have to convince the top dogs at the compound that they are not up to anything fishy. Like normal, the sex between Zeth and Sloane is hot and Kinky as hell!!
Zeth and Sloane are developing deeper feelings for each other more than they want to admit to; so they start putting their guard up some. Burn is full of drama and surprising turns that will have you wanting the next book right now!!
If you like the other two books in the series then you need to one-click this 4 out of 5 stars book right now!!

Rush Too Far by Abbi Glines

"But she isn't just a girl. She is an angel. My angel. A beautiful, strong, fierce, loyal angel who entered my life in a pickup truck, carrying a gun."

I have had a Major Rush Crush since this series came out so I was so happy when I found out that she was writing on in Rush's point of view. I loved to see what was going through Rush's head and why he did some of the things that he did. Reading Rush Too Far has made me want to go back and read this series over again.

This is going to be a short blog because it is just a retelling of Fallen Too Far and I don't want to give too much away. If you have not read this series you need to go on click because it is awesome!! I normally hate to have the story retold because I already know what has happened but Abbi makes this interesting and so worth the time and money!! I rate this with 3 out of 5 stars.

Broken Visions(Shattered Promises 3) by Jessica Sorensen

"Seriously, it's like watching mild porn, watching you two eye fuck each other every two seconds."

I love this series because you never know what to expect next! At the end of the last book we thought Alex was dead but Gemma's father helps her change the past so that he is alive. There is only one problem here it causes the Butterfly Effect.

We know that Alex and Gemma can kill each other if they fall in love but they can't stay away from each other. Gemma is trying everything that she can to save the world but what will it cost her and Alex if she succeeds?

Broken Visions is full of twists and turns that you will not see coming. In the end you are left with a shocking cliff hanger that left me wanting the next book right now so I can see how their story will end! The first book Shattered Promises is still FREE so if you have not started this series you need to go one-click because it is awesome!

This is a 4 out of 5 stars book!

Broken Dreams(Broken Series 2) by Kelly Elliott

He put his hand on the side of my face and whispered, "I told you, I make it my business to know everything about you, to know everything you love, and try to make you feel safe and happy."

As Courtney would say Reed is so swoon worthy!! In Broken you knew that Reed and Courtney belonged together but because of their past they were fighting it, but you can only fight your heart for so long before you follow it! Once Reed and Courtney finally get together they tell each other stuff that was keeping them apart. Both Reed and Courtney had something bad happen to them but they help pull each other out of the darkness.

You better be ready for a funny and fast ride because they move super fast since they had been in love with each other for so long. Broken Dreams is all about true love and how you bring the best out of each other. I love Gunner from Kelly's Wanted series but Reed replaced him as my favorite book boyfriend from her books. If you love cowboys and small town country life style books then this 5 star book is for you!!

Delilah: The Making of Red by Jessica Sorensen

"The moment he took my hand, he owned me, which would seem amazing, except for owning someone and loving someone aren't the same thing."

If you want rainbows and unicorns then you should not read Jessica Sorensen's novels. Yes they have love in them but sometimes you have to go through hell to get to that point.

The Making of Red is just a free short story that goes with the Nova series but can be read as a standalone story but I would suggest reading the other Nova series books because they are very good!!

Only Jessica could make me go from thinking that Delilah is a total bitch to feeling sorry for her! Delilah started off with a good life but after her father decided that he wanted to go off and have another perfect family things went down hill. Her mother started sleeping around and not giving her the attention that she needed. Delilah was a quiet girl that was a great dancer until she meet Dylan.

After she meets Dylan she starts becoming Red. Delilah was not used to guys giving her attention because her mom got most of it so when Dylan starts giving it to her she doesn't know how to act. He changes her and not for the good. She gets into some bad stuff and even gives up her dancing. In the end we are left not really knowing what is going to happen to her but I hope that we find out in the other books coming out in the Nova series.

Jessica writes books that will make you appreciate the life you have. Like I said earlier you are going to get a REAL story where the characters go through hell to get the love they deserve. I love Jessica's books because you can find at least a little something to relate to. I rate this short story with 4 out of 5 stars.

Only the Beginning ( Rockin Country 1) by Laramie Briscoe

I received an ARC copy in return for my honest review!

This line from the book had me snorting I was laughing so hard!! " That is one sexy car," Shell breathed. "Your birth control is up to date, right?"

If you are a fan of Laramie's Heaven Hill series you will love this book! I could not put it down and I am rating it with a 5 out of 5 stars!!

Hannah " Harmony" Stewart is a country music star that is going through a hard time after realizing how much she let her asshole EX change her. She is super sweet and I love the relationship that she has with her best friend Shell because it reminds me of my relationship with my best friend. These two girls will have you cracking up.

During an award show she finally gets to meet Heavy Metal's bad boy Garrett " Reaper" Thompson whom she thinks is cute. If you need a visual for Garrett look up a picture of Matt Shadows from Avenged Sevenfold lol because that is how I picture him. Garrett is super sweet and they hit it off.
The journey for them is not easy. Hannah has some issues from the stuff that her EX pulled and Garrett has some anger issues. When you add that with a long distance relationship due to touring it is bound to cause some drama.

Only the Beginning is a story about learning to love again and helping each other overcome obstacles. There are plenty of laughs and some serious moments. I will be eagerly awaiting the next book in the story to see if Garrett and Hannah can make it in the long run. This book comes out April 6th 2014 so make sure you one click it! You won't be disappointed!

Deceiving Lies (Forgiving Lies #2) by Molly McAdams

Deceiving Lies: A Novel (Forgiving Lies) by Molly McAdamsDeceiving Lies: A Novel (Forgiving Lies)

I can say that Molly McAdams never disappoints! I read this book in one day because I couldn't put it down and I know that -xoxo-R- stayed up til 2 am because she couldn't put it down. I love when we read the same book at the same time because we can do these reviews together and we can talk about them the entire time.

Let's just say that with this book, it is a must to have some Sour Patch Kids near by. Kash is my fav! Seriously, I want my own Kash lol! I think him and Rachel are amazing together and should have lots of little Kash babies! ;)

Rachel was all happily planning her wedding, picking out her dress, going through the motions of it all and then suddenly, another tragedy! This girl has been through everything I do believe, yet she comes out stronger than ever in the end!

This book had so many twists and turns in it that I thought I was going to go crazy! Esp. when Trent (a Taylor Lautner look-a-like) came in the picture. Even though Rachel is kidnapped by him, I like him! It is weird, but he is a protector over her.

Something else I like, Trip, the puppy! When Rachel brings that puppy home and starts cooking pancakes for Kash and rambles on and on before she tells him what she got, it is hilarious! Esp. when the puppy knocks down a lamp and Kash thinks it is a person, matter of factly, a person whom is there to sleep with his fiance! LOL!

Anyway, back to Trent...he is a member of the gang, by forces out of his control, and is ordered to take Rachel...so he does, but he falls in love with her, and keeps her safe and eventually tries to break them out. This is where the twist happens...And I don't want to spoil it, I had to for Reva last night when I called her because I just couldn't keep it to myself...let's just say that Kash and Mason come to the rescue at the wrong time.

It takes Rachel some time to get her life back to 'normal'. Her wedding gets rescheduled...by the way, I love how she shows him that she is ready to get married! On their wedding night, she has a gift for him...

THING 1 and THING 2!

Her and Kash actually get their happily ever after. Now what we need is a book about Mason! I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars! It was an amazingly, frustrating book! LOL.

-xoxo-T

Now for my turn T pretty much said everything I wanted to so I won't be adding much. Lets just say I want to be Kash's Sour Patch lol. I stayed up until 2 reading this book and had to be at work by 8 if that tells you anything!

The only thing I want to add is that I would love for Trent and Mason to have a book! This is another 5 star book from Molly! This will have you happy one minute and freaking out the next!

Happy Reading

Ravage Me (Ravage MC #1) by Ryan Michele

Harlow "princess" is the daughter of the Ravage MC's VP. Princess is one kick ass chick that has her own bike, can shoot, and boxes with the guys in the MC. She does not take shit from anyone! Princess was framed for a crime that she did not commit and has been in prison for two years.

Now that Princess is free she wants to get revenge on the girl that framed her. That proves to br easier said than done. The first place she goes to when she is out is the club house. This is where things get interesting because she has a rule that she won't date or do anything with one of the "brothers" in the club but Cruz is determined to change that.

Once Princess gives into Cruz the drama unfolds. Can Princess and Cruz survive and stay together? You will just have to read and find out! If you are a fan of SOA you will like this book because Princess will remind you of Gemma with her attitude and how much she loves the club. I rate this a 4 out of 5 stars.

Girl in Love by Caisey Quinn

Girl in Love (Kylie Ryans) by Caisey QuinnGirl in Love (Kylie Ryans)

Let me just say that I was so excited that I was able to purchase this book the day it came out! I literally just finished the other two books in this series, so I am glad that I got to read it without taking a break! With that said, I am extremely sad that this series has come to an end. It is hard to let Trace and Kylie go.

This book is about second chances and learning to follow your heart, and getting a piece of your old self back. Trace is out of rehab and Kylie is just an emotional mess, she has cut herself off from everyone.

They find a way to come back to each other in the end, through all the troubles that they went through, the misunderstandings, their hot heads getting in the way of finding out the real truth. They found out that instead of making each other miserable, they were meant to be together and they wouldn't be happy any other way. I love the ending of this book. Kylie shows her life and how happy she is with it through her eyes. They have always been a family, but they have a small family of their own, she is still living her dream, and Trace is the best dad in the world! (hope you caught that)

I rate this 5 out of 5 stars!
I look forward to reading more from Caisey Quinn. -xoxo-T

Faithful (Wanted series #3) by Kelly Elliott

I was on the verge of tears multiple times during this book. Faithful is my favorite book of the series so far. At the end of Saved Josh was in a accident. When he wakes up he don't remember who Heather is or that he was madly in love with her. To make matters worse Josh's ex is his nurse and she is trying everything she can to come in between Josh and Heather.

Will Josh get his memory back and have his happily ever after with Heather? I am not going to ruin it for you lol you will have to read to find out! Lets just say they go through a lot! During Faithful we get some of Brad and Amanda's story and I can't wait to read their short novella next. We are also set up for Scott and Jess's story. At the end of this book I wanted to kick Scott's ass.

I love this series because of the groups friendship. It reminds me of my best friends and I hope we stay as close as the gang in this book as we gett older. Faithful is full of drama, laughs, and emotional moments that will break your heart. I rate this book with a 5 out of 5 stars!

Saved (Wanted series book 2)by Kelly Elliott

First off I LOVE Ari and Ellie, they crack me up and remind me of my best friend and myself. These girls are hilarious. Ari has a mouth like a sailor and don't care what she says.

Saved is mostly Ari and Jeff's story but we also get more of Ellie and Gunner and Josh and Heather. In the end of Wanted Jeff's past came back to haunt him when he got a call from a girl saying that she was pregnant with his child. Ari and Jeff are still together but the girl is trying everything to come between them. Ari thinks that the girl is lying.

Can Ari and Jeff make it through this and get married or will the whore come between them? You will just have to read this book and find out. If you like a book with some drama this is the book for you. I wanted to kick Jeff and Josh's asses too many times to count lol. I rate this book a 3 out of 5 stars.

I can't wait to read Josh and Heather's story Faithful even though I think it will be an emotional rollercoaster.

Used (Unlovable series book 1) by Lynetta Halat

This book was Amazing!! I give this a 5 out of 5 stars because this is a must read!

Denver and Greer have been best friends since childhood but things are changing for them. Greer loves Denver but since Denver's mom uses men and is knows are the town whore Denver sees herself as an slut. Since Denver feels that she is not good enough for Greer they just have a friends with benefits situation going on.

Denver hopes that college will help her start fresh. When she gets to college she meets the tattooed, bull riding, contry hottie Ransom ( can you tell that I am team Ransom lol). This is when things get interesting because Greer follows Denver to college to try and win her over.

This book was so good that I could not put it down. It has funny moments, drama, back stabbing, and surprises that you will never see coming! The ending leaves you going "WTF no that can't be the end." Luckily for us the next book Freed comes out in April.

Alluring Seduction (Bayou Stix 2) by Skye Turner

In the first book of the Bayou Stix series you could tell that Blue and Jessie had the hots for each other even though they were mean to each other. Jessie is known to be a manwhore but is really sweet on the downlow. Things heat up between Jessie and Blue when they get stuck on an elevator together for a while. After that they try to deny how they feel for each other but it does not work.

After they sleep together Jessie gets upset at something Blue says to him and makes Blue feel like a whore that only wants to sleep with a rock star. After the fight Blue leaves the tour early to go back home to LA. Jessie realizes that he was an asshole and chases her back to LA to win her back.

When Blue's boss finds out that she is dating Jessie he fires her from the magazine. Now that she has no job she decides to go to Louisiana and stay with Jessie. Can Blue tame the manwhore or will they end in flames? You will have to read the book and see for yourself! ;)

This book has some funny moments and some very steamy scenes between Jessie and Blue. I rate this book a 4 out of 5 stars.

Loving Cara by Kristen Proby

I have been excited for this to come out because I love the With Me In Seattle Series by Kristen. In Loving Cara we start out meeting Josh first. Josh has taken over his family's ranch when one day his twin brother's wife drops their son Seth off and tells them she has asked for a divorce and don't want Seth anymore. Josh's brother is in the army so he is not in the states at the time.

This is where we meet Cara. Seth failed every class in school so Josh hires Cara to be his summer tutor. Josh and Cara went to school together when they were younger. Cara always had a crush on Josh but her insecurities always made her think that Josh would never like her like that. Little did Cara know that Josh thinks she is beautiful and smart.

They get together and Josh helps her get over her insecurities. After a misunderstanding and Josh being an ass when he gets scared Cara leaves and he has to chase after her so they can have their happily ever after. I loved this story and give it 4 out of 5 stars. If you love cowboys and a good love story this is definitely a book that you want to read. I wish Josh's twin brother's book was next but Ty's book is coming out first in August (he is a tattooed lawyer so I don't mind lol).

Alluring Turmoil(Bayou Stix 1) by Skye Turner

I loved this book! It has a ton of funny moments. I can totally relate to Lexi and her friends because how they are with each other is how I am with my friends. My favorite line from this book is when Bradi says "I've already told you, if Jude Delecroix motions my way, I'm dropping my panties before he can blink and change his mind. I would so have his rock-star babies."
That cracked me up because I have said many times that I would have Matt Shadows' rocker babies lol. Lexi and Jude grew up being best friends and once they gave into their feelings Jude got signed by a record label and everything went to hell. Years down the road he shows up at Lexi's bakery.
Once they see each other all bets are off. They both still love each other. Lexi and Jude decide to try again. Everything goes good until Jude has to go on a tour for a while. After a huge misunderstanding they break up. Like always true love wins in the end.
This was a good rocker book with a happy ending. I enjoyed reading it and rate it 4 out of 5 stars.
